Seasonal Tasting Menu Experience

Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is designed as a full culinary experience — an evening that unfolds course by course, moving from lighter, delicate flavors into richer and more satisfying dishes as the night progresses. Each menu is entirely chef-driven and built around the best ingredients we can source that week, allowing the season to shape the experience in a natural and thoughtful way.

Expect a progression of beautifully composed courses that may begin with vibrant vegetables, fresh herbs, seafood, or delicate handmade elements before transitioning into more substantial savory plates and a refined dessert to finish the evening. The pacing is intentional, giving guests time to relax, connect, and fully enjoy each course as it arrives.

This style of dining is perfect for celebrations, intimate gatherings, and special occasions where the meal itself becomes part of the experience — creating the feeling of bringing a seasonal restaurant tasting menu directly into your home. No two menus are ever exactly alike, making each dinner personal, immersive, and rooted in the moment.

A $480 event minimum applies to reserve your date. Final pricing varies based on guest count, menu style, and event details.

We focus exclusively on full service dining experiences and do not offer drop-off catering, meal prep, or reheated meal delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. We focus exclusively on full service private dining experiences so the food — and the evening — remain truly special.

  • We prepare some of the more time intensive items like baked goods prior to arrival and then assemble, cook and serve dinner in your kitchen.

  • We thoughtfully design each menu around the season and what’s available from our local farms and markets. Because availability changes throughout the year, we don’t offer pre-set menus — every dinner is uniquely created for you and your guests.

During your discovery call, we’ll talk through your preferences, any dietary needs, and the overall feel you want for the evening. From there, we’ll create a custom menu proposal for your review. You’re always welcome to request adjustments or additional options — and if you prefer more guidance, we can provide two menu concepts for you to choose from.

If you’d rather take a more hands-off approach, we’re just as happy to take the reins and design a beautiful seasonal menu for you based on our conversation.

  • We prioritize sourcing from small farms and ranchers who care deeply about the land, soil health, and animal welfare. Many of the producers we work with use organic, regenerative and holistic practices — even if they aren’t certified organic. For many small farms, certification is costly, but their growing methods are pesticide- and herbicide-free and focused on building healthy soil which equals more nutrinet dense and flavorful produce.

We also only work with ranchers who raise grass-fed or pasture-raised animals. Animals that are allowed to roam, graze naturally, and live well produce food that is not only more ethical, but also more flavorful and nutrient-dense — just like thoughtfully grown produce.

The quality and integrity of our ingredients is incredibly important to us. We believe food grown in rich, living soil — without chemical inputs — creates meals that are better for our bodies, our communities, and the environment.

  • Yes — just let us know in advance so we can plan thoughtfully. Every menu is customized to the priorities and preferences of our guests and the event. We also make everything from scratch and are happy to tailor them to your needs.

  • Generally, our guests provide their own. Its a great way to show off their prized plates, linens and glasses that only get used on special occasions.

We’re happy to provide serveware, plates, chargers, silverware, water glasses, and napkins if needed. While we don’t currently offer wine glasses, the pieces we do carry are available as a supplemental set for your event for an additional fee.

If you’re planning a buffet-style service, we can also provide up to eight chafing dishes with serving utensils.

Any outside rental items will be the responsibility of the host.

  • We’re happy to take care of setup for you, including setting the table and any service areas according to your preferences. Some guests prefer to handle their own table styling — and that’s perfectly fine too. We’re flexible and will work with whatever feels best for you.

At the end of the evening, we’ll clean the kitchen areas we’ve used, wash or load any necessary dishes, and tidy the space before we depart. Depending on your guest count and dishwasher capacity, everything may not fit into one cycle — but anything remaining will be rinsed and ready to run.

Our goal is for you to simply enjoy your evening while we handle the details — and to leave your kitchen looking as close as possible to how it did when we arrived.

  • Yes. To reserve your event date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your date will be held exclusively for your event.

If your plans change, you may cancel up to 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Full details of our booking and cancellation policies are outlined in our service agreement.

  • Most guests book 2-4 weeks ahead, but feel free to reach out anytime to check availability. We are happy to accommodate shorter notice, but a 7 day notice is ideal to give us time to create your menu, shop the farmer’s markets, and carefully craft your meal.

  • While we don’t typically go outside the region, we are happy to discuss your vision and see if its something we could realistically accommodate.

Travel outside our region may require additional lodging and traveling expenses.
